Nui’s 2 Go Go Bar
Walking Street
South Pattaya
IN the middle of the infamous Walking Street , a gaggle of girls stand outside calling to tourists.
The offer of cheap draft beer and more female attraction is enough to entice many a tourist inside one of Pattaya’s smaller, but busier, go go bars.
Once through the door, there’s a small, dark drinking area to the left, with more raised seating along a side wall.
On the other side wall is the stage, a modest affair with room for about five dancers at a time. Red lighting and black décor give the place a modern, stylish, feel, while on stage girls sway and turn in bright white uniforms and lingerie.
Things are inevitably intimate here, as you’re never more than a few feet away from the girls. The workers are friendly and helpful, offering you a variety of seats, and a variety of drinks.
During our visit, a chap with a Halloween mask was proving the centre of attention, as he grinned and gurned, at the dancers, with varying degrees of success.
The girls here are young, fun, and confident, making for an enjoyable few beers. Sat in the middle of Walking Street , it is one of the most noticeable bars and with so many girls waiting on the pavement, it makes sure it doesn’t go unnoticed.
Nui’s may not be the biggest place in town, but it makes the most of its confined space to offer plenty of action.
Only a small river is between this boutique hotel and a private beach.
